The Macallan’s first Harmony Collection release, Rich Cacao, is a chocolate-themed whisky created with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca. This limited edition features sustainable packaging and blends the world of whisky and chocolate. Whisky maker Polly Logan drew inspiration from Roca’s Casa Cacao in Spain for this unique creation.
